Return Policy
Please read the Return Policy information below BEFORE returning any
merchandise. Thank you.
Please note we at Junior Sense Corp. strive to satisfy our customers and offer
our customers quality merchandise. Our shipments are inspected before leaving
our warehouse.
1.After 30 days ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there will be no returned
merchandise.
2.Phone Junior Sense by phone FIRST and discuss the reason why the
merchandise needs to be returned. Please call 212-683-4705. Thank you.

3.MOST IMPORTANT! After you have discussed the reason your
merchandise needs to be returned with your Junior Sense sales rep,
the rep will fax/email you a RA# (Return Authorization number) or
give it
to you over the phone.
4.The RA# needs to be written, clearly visible, on the outside of the
package of any returned merchandise, otherwise the package will be
refused by our shipping department and will be returned to you.
5.Returned items must be unworn. Special order items, jewelry that
shows signs of wear or items that have been altered are not covered
under this return policy.
6.Please insure all returns for the replacement value, as we
will not be responsible and cannot provide replacement or credit for
returns lost or damaged in transit. We are also not responsible for
delays in delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete Junior Sense
Corp. address information written by you.
7.We must physically receive customer returns in order to provide
replacements or credit.
8. Sometimes a damage that occurs may be solely through the negligence of the
carrier and, if that is the case, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
9.Please note that the purchaser, you, must prepay all shipping
charges for returned merchandise, unless stated and permitted
otherwise, by Junior Sense Corp. Shipping charges for returned
merchandise to and from the purchaser are non-refundable.
10.ANY RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS: restocking fees are 10% of the returned
merchandise total amount. Shortages in shipments must be claimed by the
purchaser and
communicated to us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
